Nodka’s eBox-3625 fanless industrial PC with built-in HDBaseT application

Nodka’s Industrial PC Product Line offers a broad array of options tailored for industrial PC-based applications, featuring rugged designs for durability. The lineup includes fanless industrial PCs, best for dust-free operation and minimal maintenance requirements, Tower/Wallmount Industrial PCs for flexible installation and Rackmount Industrial PCs designed for easy integration into standard 19” racks. These industrial PCs support high-performance Intel processors and are equipped with multiple Ethernet ports for communication and controls. Additionally, these PCs provide rich I/O capabilities, PCI and PCIe expansion slots for greater flexibility, and optional built-in long-distance HDBaseT display capabilities to suit varied industrial applications.

Industry Specific Features

An example of Nodka’s fanless PC industry specific design is the eBox-3625, which features a built-in HDBaseT transmitter. This unique integration enhances the industrial PC’s capability to transmit high-definition video, USB touch control, and RS-232 signals up to 100 meters over a single CAT6 cable. It is connected to a HDBaseT receiver, which connects to a standard industrial touch display or Nodka’s various models of industrial displays with HDBaseT receiver built-in. This setup is suitable for scenarios where the HMI and control buttons are far from the PC used for control. It’s perfect for industrial applications like large form factor machinery, CNC, and laser cutting machines, ensuring reliable, long-distance connections in expansive industrial settings.

Rugged Fanless Design

Nodka’s industrial fanless PCs are designed with a fanless and rugged architecture, making them ideal for demanding industrial environments where durability and reliability are critical. The fanless design ensures operation without moving parts, significantly reducing maintenance needs and eliminating dust and particulate ingress. The rugged construction enhances the PCs’ ability to withstand harsh conditions, including extreme temperatures, vibrations, and shocks, ensuring continuous, stable performance in automation, control, and monitoring applications.

Rapid Prototyping and OEM/ODM

Many of Nodka’s fanless PCs take the advantage of its unique COMLAC TM SoM design architecture, support easy upgrades and customization, offering a variety of expansion slots for additional peripherals. The combination of our in-house CNC machining centers, sheet metal fabrication plant, powder coating, and anodic oxidation plant enables us to promptly produce custom enclosures to meet application-specific demands.
